The first ever Cars & Coffee Norway is about to happen: are you ready?
The event will be held in the capital of Norway and located at one of the most historic builings Bogstad Gård in Sørkedalen. The event will be presented as a private morning gathering for supercars and classic-car owners and a afternoon meeting as a public show.
May issue of Finansavisen ran a long interview with local Cars & Coffee organiser Per Thorstein Haugen:
"This year's event will be a taste of it [...]. My goal is to build up the interest in Norway as a destination for cars of this kind. Next year a longer event is planned with an excursion to Northern Norway, a treat for foreigners to run super and hyper cars under the midnight sun. - After the "Cars and Coffee" event in Oslo we will have a drive and probe the terrain. The idea for next year is organizing a "tour" and ship cars by boat past Central Norway. Americans can fly straight to the start, drive at night and avoid having to think about jet lag, Says Per Torstein Haugen."
