Cars & Coffee Trinidad & Tobago
July 9 saw the first official Cars & Coffee event held in the republic of Trinidad & Tobago. After two trial events, the local team of Rawle Murrell and Kevin Singh played host to over seventy cars and well over a hundred enthusiasts at a local Starbucks coffee shop. The cars were as diverse as the people of this small nation, ranging from classic American muscle to modified German performance sports cars. The Cars & Coffee following is steadily growing in Trinidad & Tobago, with more sports, luxury and exotic sports cars showing up at each successive event. The organizers worked hard to encourage a relaxed, family oriented setting, going so far as giving free Hot Wheels model cars to all kids in attendance. The event was hosted from 7:00am to 10:30am, with many enthusiasts staying on longer, making most of the tropical sunshine. With so much excitement generated over the first Cars & Coffee event, the next Cars & Coffee event is shaping up to be even bigger!
